All Saints Catholic Church - Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Over the next several months, the Visioning Team of the parish consisting of the Pastor, Pastoral Council, parish and school staff members, and representatives from parish commissions, boards and committees, will create a new three year pastoral plan that will drive the direction and priorities of the parish, all of which will be aligned with the Universal Church and the Archbishop of Dubuque.

Calendar:

• January 7-8th 2012 - Parish leaders address weekend Masses about the visioning process
• January 15-February 6th, 2012 - Parish Input Survey
• February 28th 2012 - Visioning Team will review and process the data collected
• March and April 2012 - Parish Listening Meetings
• April 24th 2012 - Visioning Team reviews and processes the data from the Listening Meetings
• May 2012 - Visioning Team Retreat to finalize the plan
• June 2012 - Presentation to the parish
